Prior to Hong Kong, Chef Nathan trained with some of the most influential Michelin-starred British chefs such as Tom Aikens, Jason Atherton, Anthony Demetre and Tom Sellers. In the metropolis, Chef Nathan Green helmed some of the city’s hottest tables, becoming a reference for all things grilled and smoked, with a taste and reputation for creative, and sometimes disruptive, food creations.
